acceptance and they can revoke acceptance at any time.

The Fine Print:

  • All vendors must obtain the appropriate permits for their booth type (sales tax, health
department, etc.). Failure to comply with local and state laws may result in the
    closure of your booth.
  • The Berrien County Historical Association requires all demonstrators to provide proof
of insurance with the BCHA and Berrien County named on the policy for the day.
  • Vendors with no demonstrations are not required to carry insurance, but it is
always suggested. Any vendors carrying insurance should name the BCHA
and Berrien County on the policy.
  • The Berrien County Historical Association, Berrien County (via Parks Department), the Berrien Springs Community Library, and the Village of Berrien Springs is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods nor are the above groups liable for any injuries sustained by the vendor and their party/parties before, during or after the event.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing the materials necessary for them to operate their booth. No materials will be provided.
  • Vendors are expected to stay until the end of the Festival and no vendor will be allowed to break down their booth before 3:00 p.m.
  • Because electrical options on-site are limited, the use of a generator may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with approval by the Festival Committee.
  • NO non-service animals are allowed at vendor spots unless given permission by the Berrien County Historical Association and the Pickle Festival Committee.
  • Application fees are non-refundable.
